We hope you will love your Filia Rex purchase. If you are not completely satisfied then we are happy to offer a refund if your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have up to 14 days from delivery to cancel your order, after which we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund. This doesn't apply to custom commissions.

Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns and offer refunds on earrings, unless faulty or not as described.

Steps

1. Please email info@filiarex.com to notify us of the return.
2. Pack the item securely so it doesn't get damaged in transit. Artwork must be protected in it's original tissue paper and cardboard tube. Jewellery must be sent back in its original boxes.
3. Send the item to: Returns, Filia Rex, 20 Godwin House, Gilbert Close, London GB SE18 4PR.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases where the item received was incorrect or faulty.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your funds within 10 working days of us notifying you of the refund, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
