Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days after we receive your payment. Made-to-order designs will be shipped when production is complete - please see the product description for timings. Conditions for bespoke commissions will be agreed separately.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (excluding public holidays), pending payment authorisation and verification.
All orders require a signature on delivery. You will receive a tracking number so you can view progress of your item online right through to delivery. Please see below for costs and timings.

Framed Prints
Your order will be dispatched within 2-5 business days. Delivery can take 2-14 days, depending on destination country.
Your prints will be sent from the USA or Europe, depending on your location. We partner with the following global carriers to give you the best shipping experience: DHL; DPD; FedEx; USPS; Latvijas Pasts. Print purchases incur a separate delivery fee when ordered with jewellery and/or original paintings.

If a package is returned to Filia Rex because the buyer did not claim the package, we cannot send replacements. We will refund the cost of your item, minus delivery costs.
Filia Rex is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery as we have no control over this. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package.
